Each class is a lot of fun. There’s never a dull moment, and you can thank the coaches for that. The workouts are challenging, but Coach AZ’s guidance will get you through. You can tell Coach AZ really cares about each participant and wants to help them accomplish their goals, safely. Coach AZ takes his time to show you how to do each exercise and explain the reason behind it. He is also attentive to your needs and will modify exercises so that you’re able to complete them. One thing I like about Coach AZ is that he actually does the exercises with you—so it really is, a team effort.

I enjoyed the challenging early morning workout. AZ is very friendly with an energetic attitude and he can also adapt the workout to meet your needs. I was exhausted after the workout, luckily there was the cafe right next door!

I attended an introductory cardio-light weight workout with the lead trainer, AZ, and it was a KICK IN THE BUTT! Not only did he instruct me on proper technique while demonstrating each exercise routine right along bedside me, but he also provided valuable information on WHY we were doing WHAT we were doing, which provided context on best practices!! I was truly impressed and can't wait to get back in the gym!!!
