As a proud 8-year Army veteran, I have always been committed to physical fitness. After struggling with my own weight, I learned how to maintain my weight loss and develop healthy habits that last. Now as the owner and instructor at APEX Group Fitness, I am passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and love who they see in the mirror. Whether you are looking to build strength, tone your muscles, or improve your cardiovascular health, my classes are designed to meet your needs and exceed your expectations!
Results
You get out of it what you put into it! APEX has different classes and different workout programs but the same applies for every class you take. If you want to see results you will need to put in the effort, keep coming to class, work your hardest, but MOST IMPORTANTLY, maintain your diet, water intake, and stretching before and after class. This is a lifestyle change not just an hour of class a day!
