Q. Do I Have To Wait Until The Beginning Of The Month To Start My Membership?
A. No you do not. Memberships are 30 days starting from the date of purchase. You can start anytime, and your next payment will be on the same day next month.
Q. Can I Upgrade My Membership Before My Current One Is Over?
A. Yes! If you want to take more classes and you are out of sessions, you can upgrade before the end of your month, and you will only pay the difference! Just message support@apexgroupfitness.com to get the ball rolling.
Q. Which Video Membership Do I Choose?
A. The Video Membership comes in 3 Variations: APEX Membership comes with it added on for free, The 10-dollar video membership, and the 30-dollar video membership. The difference between these two are that the 10-dollar membership HAS TO BE added onto a regular membership. If you don't have a membership, then your only option is the 30-dollar membership.
