Coach AZ has a friendly, authentic and welcoming demeanor. As a previous fitness coach with aspirations to open my own space, I was intrigued to hear his journey. He is a respectable person and I’d love to see him succeed here! His space is minimalist, but has what is needed for people to get a “good” workout. A lot of places I’ve attended either have a program with low emphasis or regard for “warmup” // “movement prep,” or have coaches that don’t value a warm up. This isn’t the case with Coach AZ, and I knew I would appreciate his approach and craft due to his care of warming us up. It was a good one! Movements reminded me of some oly lifts- where there were some compound movements that integrate parts of a clean and jerk, etc. cool interval style structure with lots of time under tension Great playlist Great ab section at the end His gym is perfect for anyone wanting hands on, small group setting for a semi privqte style class, no frills, and wants to be challenged in a safe, and reasonable way! For athletes, this workout would be great to reveal the where you may be making your training too complex and strip you back to the basics of load, volume and intensity.

Love this place and Coach AZ is great. If you’ve never lifted weights before he will teach you everything and make it doable. Great mix of cardio and strength to stay in good shape. Recommend to everyone!
